While most of the attention surrounding Kim Kardashian’s divorce from NBA star Kris Humphries has been on the reality star and her TV-loving family, Humphries’ own family is now speaking on out the split.

Kris’ dad, William Humphries, spoke to Life & Style Weekly about how his son didn’t know that Kardashian was filing for a divorce until he read about it in the news.

“How could someone do that? Kris was completely surprised. The news was already published before he found out!” William said.

News broke Oct 31 that Kardashian, who wed Kris in a lavish August wedding, was filing for divorce after just 72 days of marriage.

William added that even though Kardashian went ahead and filed the legal papers on Oct. 31 without giving her huband a heads up, the pair were in contact that day.

“They did speak briefly the day the split was announced — but only because Kim was apparently pissed that Kris had released his own statement.”

Meanwhile, Kris’ aunt, Diana Humphries, told In Touch that her nephew is hanging in there since the dramatic split.

“Kris is doing just fine. We support Kris 120 percent. We love him very, very, very much. I talk to him all the time and he’s doing fine,” she said.

Actress Jennifer Aniston is reportedly dating actor Justin Theroux after both were seen coming together at a movie awards function in Los Angeles.

Aniston, who dated music producer John Mayer and actor Vince Vaughn after her marriage to Brad Pitt ended in 2005, has been linked to Theroux in recent weeks.

At an afterparty of MTV awards, they were seen together and even posed and smiled for the shutterbugs.

“They looked very comfortable with each other. He had his arm around her for a good part of the night and they eventually left the party holding hands,” dailystar.co.uk quoted a source as saying.

Emma Watson has opened up about her decision to shun the limelight to study at an American university, insisting she was “in denial” about her Harry Potter fame.

The actress, who enrolled at Brown University in Rhode Island in 2009, turned her focus to her degree in a desperate attempt to escape the spotlight and the Potter franchise.

She tells Britain’s Sunday Times Style magazine, “I was in denial. I wanted to pretend I wasn’t as famous as I was. I was trying to seek out normality, but I kind of have to accept who I am, the position I’m in and what happened.”

Watson, who has since quit Brown, admits she has now learned to embrace her celebrity, while carrying on with her acting career.

She adds, “I feel more comfortable with the fame now. It used to make me really uncomfortable. It’s interesting. My dad’s always giving me a hard time about my posture. The way I used to stand, it was almost as if I was apologising to everyone. I wanted to hide myself, but now – it’s difficult, I still feel shy, but I feel more like I can accept it.”

Twilight hunk Robert Pattinson has a shameful secret – he can’t stop hoarding clothes.

The British actor has accumulated stacks of clothing he never wears but he refuses to donate the unworn garments to pals, preferring to rent out storage spaces to house his outfits.

He tells the Daily Record, “I’m a hoarder. I gave away all my furniture from (when I lived in) Baton Rouge but with books and things, I have storage spaces all over the world.

“It’s ridiculous. Clothes – I cannot give away clothes. I don’t know why. I wear the same thing every day and I just have piles and piles and piles of clothes and then every two years, I’ll go to the storage space and kind of see what I can give away.

“I give away like three things, search through everything and then pack it all back up and put it in the storage space.”

‘Twilight’ stars Robert Pattinson and girlfriend Kristen Stewart are reportedly considering a secret wedding this summer.

The 24-year-old British actor proposed to Stewart in the New Year and the couple are now planning to tie the knot soon, reported a website.

“Robert Pattinson quietly proposed when they spent a couple of days on the Isle of Wight over New Year.

“They don’t want to announce anything until they’ve finished filming the last Twilight film, but they’ve already contacted a wedding planner in California and are looking to have a small, intimate ceremony in Napa Valley,” said a source.

“They love the beauty of the area and are totally up for a hippie, earthy vibe. There’s no way they’d have a silver-plated blowout affair.”

The pair, who have never confirmed their relationship despite being spotted together on several occasions, is currently busy filming the second part of ‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn’.

Robert Pattinson spoke to MTV about the much-hyped sex scene in ‘Breaking Dawn,’ the final chapter in the to-this-point very chaste ‘Twilight Saga.’ The famously demure star — who has refused to speak about his obvious personal relationship with co-star Kristen Stewart — likened the lovemaking to a children’s game.

“It’s always awkward in a way if you’re doing it with anybody,” Pattinson told MTV. “It really depends on how it’s staged and stuff. It’s like doing Twister.”

Pattinson has done sex scenes with other actresses, including Uma Thurman in ‘Bel Ami,’ but this is his first scene with Stewart. Summit Entertainment recently released a still from the scene, as a tease to rabid fans.
