Justin Bieber has announced that Kanye West and Drake will contribute on his follow-up album to My World 2.0.

Last week, Bieber announced that he hopes to release his second studio album in summer 2012. The upcoming record is said to be titled Believe.

“I’m working with a lot of cool people. I’m working with Kanye. Drake is gonna work on the album with me and a lot of different artists,” he said in an interview with Capital FM.

West and Bieber collaborated on the Raekwon-assisted remix to West’s ‘Runaway Love’, while the 17-year-old singer also has done a remix of Drake’s ‘Trust Issues’.

Bangladesh, Kevin Cossom and Danja have previously been reported to be working on Bieber’s new LP.

Next up for Bieber is his Christmas album Under the Mistletoe, which will be released on November 1. The singer said that he wanted “to make a Christmas album that everyone would remember”.

]]> Kanye West has been named The King of Fail by FAIL Blog. The rapper took first place in a poll of the biggest failure this year. He is followed by hated reality-TV dad Jon Gosselin, whose divorce from Kate Gosselin was highly publicized.

The hatred for West mostly likely stems from his outburst at the MTV VMAs this year. The rapper was heavily criticized by stars and fans after he interrupted Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech for Video of the Year and declared Beyonce should have won the award.

Making the top 10 is rightwing talk show host Glenn Beck, The Hills couple Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, and troubled actress Lindsay Lohan.
