Katie Holmes has gone topless in the latest ad campaign for jewelry brand, H. Stern.

In the sexy new commercial Holmes looks seductively into the camera as her long brown hair blows out around her as she showcases a pretty necklace, the Daily Mail reported.

In another shot, mother-of-one is seen writhing around in the sand, advertising a pretty chain bracelet.

Katie, who is married to Mission: Impossible star Tom Cruise, is also seen displaying her stunning figure in a sexy black one-piece, going for the wet look with her hair slicked back to show off her model-like bone structure.

While the advertisement, 33-year-old’s third campaign for H. Stern, are currently only running in Israel, they are set to hit America this autumn.

Halloween is more than three weeks away, but that didn’t stop little Suri Cruise from playing dress-up yesterday.

Hanging in Pittsburgh with mom Katie Holmes while dad Tom Cruise films his latest movie, the trendy and stylish tot wore a pink top with matching pink polka-dot leggings, Uggs and adorable wings…

Of course, Suri—who has an amazing sense of style, both her parents have gushed—put her own little twist on the costume by adding a magic wand, ’cause that’s just the kind of out-of-the-box thinking this mini-fashionista is known for!

The 5-year-old has also rocked bunny ears and a flamenco dancer outfit, and last month she made headlines by sporting red lipstick!

This one’s not in the parenting handbook. What do you do when your not-quite 5-year-old daughter grabs some gummy candies off a shelf – and it turns out they’re shaped like a certain part of the male anatomy?

It happened to Katie Holmes and daughter Suri recently, at a place Holmes didn’t expect it to.

“I took her to get ice cream in New York at this place called Serendipity that we go to all the time. It’s for kids. The clientele is children,” Holmes, 32, says in an interview airing Friday on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. “We go in, and we are waiting for a table, and she grabs some gummies that are boy-part gummies. I was horrified.”

“Boy part?” DeGeneres replies.

“P-e-n-i-s gummies,” the Kennedys actress says, spelling it out. “I said, ‘Oh, wow – those aren’t Swedish fish.’ ”

Suddenly, it was a parenting crisis, made all the worse by the cameras that follow Holmes around constantly.

“She was holding the box, and I was like, ‘Okay, wow, we don’t need that right now,’ ” Holmes says. “Because I thought if I said, ‘Put that back,’ then she’s going to say, ‘What is this?’ And I really didn’t want to have that conversation. I was like, ‘Why are selling these here? This is for kids.’ And then it was on the cover of a magazine that I’m giving her those gummies.”

And of course, someone did get a photo. “I was like, ‘Oh, my God, no,’ ” Holmes recalls. “We put them back.”

The 30-year-old actress, who has three-year-old daughter Suri with Cruise, is desperate to get an inking to prove her devotion to Tom, but he is unsure.

A source said: “He’s desperately trying to talk her out of getting the tattoo.”

Katie came up with the idea after seeing the etching pal Victoria Beckham had to mark her 10 year wedding anniversary earlier this year.

Victoria had the Hebrew words for `Together, Forever, Eternally’ inked on her wrist in honour of her soccer star husband David.
