Lady GaGa has been photographed with rumoured boyfriend Taylor Kinney.

The ‘Born This Way’ singer was first rumoured to be dating the Vampire Diaries star in September.

The pair reportedly started “hooking up” after Kinney starred as a scientist in GaGa’s ‘You and I’ music video.

The couple had yet to be seen together in public until recently, when images of the two walking arm-in-arm in southern California surfaced online. GaGa is now rumoured to be moving to Pennsylvania to live with Kinney, according to WPVI. The two were reportedly seen shopping for a $1.7 million home in Lancaster County.

Last month, the singer admitted she has trouble being happy in romantic relationships, saying that her partners always inevitably grow to resent her.

GaGa recently revealed what qualities her dream man needs to possess, insisting that she likes her lovers to have passion and ambition.

Lady Gaga is launching a foundation with the help of the MacArthur Foundation and Harvard University.

The Grammy-winning singer announced Wednesday that she is launching the Born This Way Foundation, a nonprofit focusing on youth empowerment and “issues like self-confidence, well-being, anti-bullying, mentoring and career development.”

Gaga’s partners include the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, The California Endowment and the Berkman Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University.

The foundation will be directed by the 25-year-old singer and her mother, Cynthia Germanotta.

“Together we hope to establish a standard of Bravery and Kindness, as well as a community worldwide that protects and nurtures others in the face of bullying and abandonment,” Gaga said in a statement.

The multiplatinum singer is known for speaking out for others. She recently said she wanted to meet with President Barack Obama to discuss her concerns over bullying, and she visited Maine last year to support the repeal of the military’s “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy on gays.

She has won Grammys, released three platinum efforts – including her latest album, “Born This Way” – and has a massive online presence: The singer has over 15 million Twitter followers and 44 million Facebook fans.

“Lady Gaga will help empower and give voice to young people who find themselves overwhelmed, undersupported, disconnected, isolated, bullied, or struggling,” said Dr. Bob Ross, the CEO and president of The California Endowment. “This brand of leadership is sorely needed in today’s world.”

The official launch for the Born This Way Foundation will be next year, and an advisory board will be announced soon.

“Deep gray can be great to add a little edginess to your look. Stormy Weather is a shade that I created with Narciso Rodriguez that is the ultimate deep granite crème shade. He is such a minimalist, super detail-oriented and his collections always have beautiful, sophisticated color palettes, so 99% of the time we will just pore over nude shades – sometimes it will be a nude with a tiny bit of pink, a lot of pink or super beige, sheer beige, other times just buff the nail or apply a super glossy, shiny topcoat. I received a call 24 hours before his Fall 2011 show, letting me know that they need a stormy gray nail for the show the next day. It was the last minute but it’s Narciso, of course I said, ‘Yes!’

“The change happened while hair and makeup was chosen,which was really airy, soft and minimal. Narciso envisioned his girl for the season to have a one bit of edginess and the nail was the perfect place to put it. I was honored to be a part of the whole creative process, so I mixed a bunch of versions and we talked about how creamy, how deep, how gray it should be.

“Narciso named the shade, he knew he didn’t want shimmer and we wanted it to be slightly different than all the grays we had seen. It was a really organic collaboration from start to finish and we came up with this gorgeous, sophisticated, perfect granite gray that was completely unique. The moment I knew we had something was when all of the supermodels backstage were trying to grab the bottle and put it in their purse. You know it’s a hit when the models want it because they never want to get their nails done, so it’s a sign! Stormy Gray was a definitive part of the Narciso woman for fall and for him, it was a departure as well.”

Christmas is getting a makeover – Lady Gaga style: The singer and her team are going to reinterpret Santa’s workshop and put it on display at Barneys.

She’ll get an entire floor and take over the coveted windows starting in mid-November at the retailer’s flagship Madison Avenue store, Mark Lee, Barneys CEO, announced Monday. There will also be a collection of Gaga’s Workshop gift items that will raise money for a charity of her choice.

Campaign visuals, including a cartoon rendering of Gaga with long blue hair and a sparkly red jumpsuit, will be used to decorate shopping bags and other packaging, and will be featured on the company’s website.

Barneys’ typically nontraditional windows are a popular stop for holiday shoppers.

Lady GaGa has officially unveiled her latest track ‘Hair’ for fans to download.

‘Hair’ is the fourth promotional track that GaGa has released to tease the launch of her second studio album Born This Way later this month.

“My hair was my glory,” GaGa said, when asked about the song on The Graham Norton Show. “It was the only thing that I could change about myself.”

Following the release of official singles ‘Born This Way’ and ‘Judas’, GaGa also released ‘The Edge of Glory’ last week which went on to top both the US and UK charts.

While GaGa has confirmed that ‘Hair’ is not yet an official single, she has hinted that if it performs as well as ‘The Edge of Glory’ she may decide to release it properly.

‘Hair’ is available to download from iTunes today.

Lady GaGa has revealed that she often goes to bed in her stage costumes.

The ‘Judas’ singer explained that she regularly wakes up in the outfits dishevelled, having spent the night wearing them.

She said on The Ellen DeGeneres Show: “My best friends, who often will crash at hotels where I’m at… they will come visit me on the road, they always call me a beauty queen disaster.

“I wake up and my wig’s falling off my head. My mole is on the other side of my face. My fake mole – it’s not fake, it’s surreal.”

The popstar, who is godmother to Sir Elton John and David Furnish’s 4-month-old son Zachary, admitted that she finds her success “overwhelming”.

She added: “I’m 25 years old. I was asked to play Madison Square Garden. Sold out five nights and, quite frankly, it’s very overwhelming.”
