Hollywood actress Lindsay Lohan has denied reports that she has a new DJ lover in her life after she was linked to British music-mixer Gareth Geno.

According to the reports, the Mean Girls actress, who split from girlfriend Samantha Ronson last year, was spotted getting cosy with Geno during a performance in London’s Sketch club Wednesday.

The pair was spotted flirting in the DJ booth.

But Lohan has shrugged off the suggestions, saying: “No I am not (dating him). He’s a friend.”

Actress Lindsay Lohan described her lesbian relationship with DJ Samantha Ronson as “really scary” but said in an interview published on Tuesday that she still loves Ronson and hopes they will reconcile.

In a rare account of her and Ronson’s stormy 18-month relationship, the “Mean Girls” star told Britain’s The Sun newspaper that Ronson, 32, was the only woman she had ever been attracted to.

“It was a big deal for me because I’ve never had a relationship as public as that, especially being with a girl for the first time. That was really scary for me. But I didn’t care because I love her,” Lohan, 23, told The Sun in an interview in London.

“If I wasn’t with Samantha, I would probably be with a boy next. She’s the only woman I’ve been attracted to.

“We love each other. We might reconcile the relationship, maybe. I don’t know,” Lohan said.

The pair split in April 2009 after a tempestuous few months in which Lohan was seen in tears after nights out with Ronson. Lohan said they broke up because Ronson’s family and friends did not approve of her and the paparazzi her life attracts, but that they live in the same apartment building in Los Angeles and were still in touch.

Here’s more trouble for Hollywood star Lindsay Lohan – she has been accused by two designers of copying their designs.

The 23-year-old actress’s leggings line 6126 and her grey geometric dress have come into the line of fire as two designers have claimed that she has imitated their respective creations, reported Mirror online.

James Lillis, designer of Black Milk Clothing, has taken to his blog to point out similarities between Lindsay’s ‘Diamond’ leggings and his own ‘Sheer Spartan’ leggings both of which boast a signature triangle cutout at mid-thigh.

The ‘Mean Girls’ star has designed a geometric dress which Fashionista.com has declared as a copy of a Jen Kao outfit the she wore only last month.

“While we are all well aware that being ‘mimicked’ or ‘copied’ has always existed in this industry, I think the evolution of it all has grown to an alarming level. It’s a shame to support the concept of taking advantage of designers who are still trying to develop a name and solidify the image of their design aesthetic,” said Kao.

Lindsay Lohan wants to start the brand new year on her own and that means no boyfriends.

The Mean Girls star, who has been linked to many people this past year including ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson, said that she planned to ring in the New Year with her friends and family.

She wrote on her Twitter account about the way she plans to start 2010: “Starting my new year off with friends and family, the way it should be… No boyfriends and the other drama.”

Lindsay Lohan’s rumoured new love Adam Senn has received the thumbs-up from an unlikely family member – her outcast dad Michael.

The Mean Girls star is reportedly dating hunky model Senn, and was spotted on his arm at her sister Ali’s birthday party last week in New York.

And the actress’ father Michael – who she disowned after a series of public bust-ups – is delighted his daughter has found happiness following her tempestuous relationship with DJ Samantha Ronson.

He tells the New York Daily News, “If he’s a good guy and he has no addictions, and he’s a good influence on her, then God bless him. It’s a good thing.”
