David Beckham has banned wife Victoria from getting a cat. The singer-turned-designer is a feline fan and would love to add a moggy to the family’s brood of pets – which already includes dogs Coco and Scarlett – but the soccer star has put his foot down.

David Beckham met with Prince William and Kate Middleton at their welcome party in LA on Friday. The footballer wasn’t on the official guest list for the party – held at the home of British Consul-General Barbara Hay – but “breezed by security”, People reports.
