Jon Gosselin in “Serious Financial Trouble”

Jon Gosselin is reportedly in “serious financial trouble.” Sources say the former reality star’s legal bills are mounting in his fight against TLC, who successfully prevented Gosselin from making any further public appearances for money.

TLC is suing Gosselin for breach of contract, saying the 32-year-old made paid and unpaid media appearances without their permission. The former Jon and Kate Plus 8 star is counter suing the network, claiming his “restrictive” contract prevents him from earning a living to support his family.

“Jon’s in pretty serious financial trouble because his plan for making money was shut down in court,” an insider tells Fox News. “He has warned his lawyers that he can’t pay them and if he doesn’t succeed against TLC, he will have no funds. He’s even gone so far as to say that if they want to be paid, they will have to sue him.”
