Kim Kardashian Gets Paid $10,000 a Tweet

Daily Mail has reported that page three personality Kim Kardashian makes up to USD 10,000 per sponsored tweet on her Twitter account.
She has more than 2 million followers on Twitter and that gives her the power to make big bucks through sponsored postings.
Kardashian has a deal with Ad.ly which provides her the advertising services for her Twitter account.
Paris Hilton, Lauren Conrad and Dr. Drew are some other celebrity Twitter users who are connected with ad.ly for sponsored tweeting.
Derek Rey, co-founder of Ad.ly stated that their advertisers cannot tweet more than one sponsored tweet per day as they do not want to pollute the Twitter streams of these users.
