Lady Gaga Inks Deal with Polaroid

Eccentric pop fashionista and millinery enthusiast, Lady Gaga, has become an employee at Polaroid, taking on a creative director position for a specialty line of Polaroid Imaging Products.

“I am so proud to announce my new partnership with Polaroid as the creative director and inventor of specialty projects”, said Lady Gaga. “The Haus of Gaga has been developing prototypes in the vein of fashion/technology/photography innovation–blending the iconic history of Polaroid and instant film with the digital era–and we are excited to collaborate on these ventures with the Polaroid brand.”

Recently taken over by PLR IP Holdings, the move marks a new direction for the Polaroid brand, which had previously struggled to find relevance in the new digital landscape. While it’s unclear what Gaga will bring to the line of Polaroid products, the secret gadgets are set to hit shelves late this year.
