Nude Picture Leak was “Humiliating” for Rihanna

Rihanna admits she was “humiliated” and felt her privacy had been violated when nude pictures of her leaked on the internet shortly after her February beating by then-boyfriend Chris Brown. The 21-year-old opened up about the scandal to NYC radio station Hot 97.

“They were for my boyfriend at the time,” she said, adding that she doesn’t regret taking them because “if you don’t send your boyfriend naked pictures, then I feel bad for him.”

Rihanna admits the picture leak was a hard blow as it came only weeks after a photo of her battered face from Brown’s assault was leaked online by the police department. “It was the worst thing that could possibly ever happen to me. I just felt like my whole privacy was taken before that and then, when that came out, I thought, ‘Oh great, so now there’s nothing they don’t know about me and my private life,” she says.

Rihanna admits the most embarrassing part of the ordeal was her mother seeing the pictures. “It was humiliating and it was embarrassing – especially my mom having to see that,” she added.
