Vanessa Hudgens Sues Website Over Nude Pics

Vanessa Hudgens has sued a website for refusing to take down her private nude “self-portrait photographs.” The pics on moejackson.com have been Vanessa Hudgens clicked in a private home with a cell phone.

“The photos were obtained by unknown methods and posted on the internet by an unknown person without Hudgens knowledge or consent,” TMZ.com quoted the lawsuit as stating.

However, the actress had registered the nude photos with the U.S. Copyright Office.

And, now her lawyers are alleging copyright violation against Butter Media, which owns the gossip website. The federal lawsuit requests the judge for an injunction, ordering the site to take the photos down, apart from demanding compensation from the website.
